Romans 2:12 For as many as have sinned without law shall perish without law:  We may well believe also that the same principle will be acted on in the future judgment of those who are living in this present Dispensation of grace: for there are, today, those who sin without having heard the Gospel, and there are those who have heard it and have not obeyed it (2 Thessalonians 1:8 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ).

The Lord Jesus said in (Mark 13:23 But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things). And in (John 16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself: but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come).

God`s children are compared to workmen, whose chief “Work” lies in connection with His “Word of Truth.” He who gave that “Word” has directed them how to work, so as to excel as His workmen: and that they may not be ashamed of their work at His coming. He has sent them a special message showing how they are to work in order to secure this happy result. He have sent them as inspired instruction so that they may find the “truth” they seek: and at the same time have the blessed assurance of showing themselves and their work, alike, “approved unto God.”

If you just read God`s “Word,” and do not, do any checking for yourself, you have fail the call of Christianity. God has written a personal letter to you, and it is you responsibility to dig into it. Do you have time for God, or do the pressures of this life weigh to heavily on your shoulders.

Look at it this way. If you were in school, do you think that the instructor will give you a passing grade if you never study. How could you pass the final exam if you never open the text book. Yet people think it is ok, to not study the “Word of God.”

However, I can assure you, the big final exam is not far off. Just listening to man will get you a big fat “D” for “deceived.” How are you fixed for Answers?

All that we have learned from our youth up must be tested and proved by the “Word of God.” Where we find it is true we must learn it over again, from God. And where it will not stand the test of “His Word” we must be not only content, but thankful to give it up: and receive “Divine revelation” in the place of man`s imagination.

The one great requirement of the Word is grounded on the fact that it is “the Word of truth.” And this fact is so stated as to imply that unless the Word is thus rightly divided we shall not get its “truth:” and that we shall get its truth only in proportion to the measure we divide it rightly.

It matters little what others have thought or said. We could fill a page with their names and their views, but we should learn but little and only become confused. But we need not leave the Biblical usage, which associates the word with guidance the right way.

(1). Our one great study is to seek God`s approval, and not man`s. (2). We are to show all diligence in pursuing this study. (3). As workman, our aim is to have no cause to be ashamed of our work. (4). In order to gain God`s approval and avert our own shame we must rightly divide the word of truth. (5). To do this we must direct our studies in the right way. (6). This great requirement is associated with the “Word” in its special character as being the Word of truth: i.e. “the Truth of God.”

We must rightly divide the “Word of Truth,” (1). As to its Literary Form. (2). As to its Subject matter. (3). As to its Times and Dispensations. (4). As to its Dispensational Truth and Teaching.
